Our two storey villas are perfect for couples, larger families and groups. Each villa can accomodate up to 8 people.

Downstairs is the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom. Upstairs is an open bedroom sleeping up to 6 people - comprised of a Queen or double bed with 2 singles and 2 trundle beds. The bathroom is also found upstairs.

Villa 5 & Villa 7 enjoy absolute water views over the harbour towards the city centre.

Bayview Spa Chalets (not at the Lilacs)

If you are looking for accomodation with a spa, we have just what you are after. Located only 1.5 km from the Lilacs towards the town centre, we have 3 x two bedroom fully self-contained chalets, ideally located on Frenchmans Bay Road. The bibbulmun track is accessible from the property.

Each chalet can accomodate 4 persons. Two chalets are comprised of a queen bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. One chalet has a queen bed in each bedroom.
